Research Interests
I have an interest in informatics solutions in translational research and practice. Bridging clinical and biological data is important for translating medical discoveries to both clinicians and to the community. Some broad interests I have include:
- exploring ways to enable the use of predictive biosimulations in clinical practice
- exploring data integration solutions that facilitate translational research and practice
- exploring ways to help patients understand genetic test and genome-wide scan results
