Lu'au

Hui Hoaloha 'Ulana's biggest event of the year is our annual lu'au held at the HUB on the University of Washington campus. Our club members work for months each year to bring the Seattle community an event emphasizing the culture and lifestyle of Hawai'i. Every year we have great Hawaiian food, beautiful hula and tahitian dance, and great music performed by noted Reggae/Hawaiian bands.


OVERVIEW
The Hawaii Club’s Annual Spring Lu’au is our club’s largest fundraising event, and is also one of the largest student run events on campus. The lu’au provides an opportunity for our club to work together towards a common goal, and allows us to share our unique culture with the student body and alumni at the University of Washington as well as the Seattle community.

WHAT TO EXPECT
A celebration of Hawaiian culture and a once a year opportunity to enjoy great Hawaiian food and live local entertainment, including a concert by a live band and an exhilarating hula performance! We also have a country store, where you can buy things you can only get from Hawai'i, as well as a wide variety of raffle prizes that you could win! Come experience the fun and warmth our Hawai'i club has to offer. We hope to see you there!
