Important Dates:

  • Registration will open at 5:00 p.m., Monday, December 8, 2008.
  • Registration will close at 11:59 p.m., Sunday, January 25, 2009
  • Delegate Add / Remove deadline is at 11:59 p.m., Wednesday, January 28, 2009

Arival Time:

If you are planning on flying to Seattle please be aware that check in will close at 5:00pm and Opening Ceremonies will start at 6:00pm. We recommend that you arive in Seattle no later than 4:00pm to ensure that there is enough time to get from the airport to the hotel and check in before opening ceremonies. We will have late check in available, please let us know if this is something that you'll need.

Accepted Methods of Registration and Payment

Credit Card. We will be accepting registrations through an online form. With the online form, registration payments can be made by credit card. If this method is chosen, some additional charges will be added to the per delegate registration costs for processing fees.

Check. We will be accepting registrations through an online form. With the online form, registration payments can be made by check. If this method is chosen, Checks mailed MUST arrive by the registration deadline. Alternatively, checks may also be brought to the conference and presented in person at check in.

Please remember that PACURH has a No Pay / No Key policy. This means that if we have not received your payment at the time of check in, you may not be able to participate in the conference. Please be aware of how long your institution takes to get a check and plan accordingly. Credit Card payments are an optional payment method and are much faster than a check if you find you're running short on time.

Cost of the Conference

The cost of the conference for 1 delegate is: $215*
The cost of the conference for 1 Advisor is: $301*

* These cost do not include any optional charges

Optional Charges

Carbon Offset: The optional Philanthropy Project is carbon offsets for delegate travel. In your registration, you will be able to offset your carbon footprint for this conference. We have broken this down by method of travel and closest city of origin.

Travel Lunch. If you're going to be hungry on your way home from No Frills, you can purchase a to go lunch for you ride home. There are four lunch options: Turkey and Provolone, Ham and Swiss, Roast Beef and Cheddar Sandwich, or a Light Fare vegetarian option. Each of these boxed lunches will be $8.00

Credit Card Fee. A $7.00 per person convenience fee will be charged if paying with a credit, debit, or pro card.

Advisor Singles. If your Advisor would like to be in a Single Room for the Conference, that is a possibility. There are a limited number of Single Rooms, so it will be on a first come first serve basis. However, accommodations may be able to be made if necessary. If you find that there are no Available Singles when you register, and you need one, please contact the Housing Chair. The cost to upgrade to an Advisor Single Room will be an additional $127.

Delegate Cap

There will be a delegation cap of two extra Bid Team members (Not including anyone otherwise registered). If there is a need for an extra person (NCC-IT, extra Advisor, etc.), please email the conference chair. Requests will be taken on a case by case basis depending on the number of registered delegates and the number of available rooms.

Housing information

No Frills delegates will be staying at the Silver Cloud Inn. The hotel will serve as the check in location for when you arrive. For directions to the hotel please check out the Transportation page.

Getting Ready for the Registration?:

Please have the following information ready for each Delegate / Advisor before starting the Registration Process:

  • Names of Delegates and Advisor
  • Travel Information (Flight/Bus/Train information) or estimated arrival / departure time if driving
  • Is your Advisor getting a single room?
  • Friday Diner Options (Chipotle Burritos: Chicken, Beef, or Vegetarian)
  • Banquet Options (Chicken or Vegetarian)
  • Any Dietary needs or special accomodations
  • Travel Lunch Option, if ordering one (Ham, Turkey, Roast Beef or Vegetarian)
  • Will you be participating in the Philanthropy Project, and can you include that cost on your Institution's Credit Card / Check? There are alternative philanthropy projects available for any school that cannot participate due to financial restrictions. Please contact the Sponsorship & Sustainability Chair for more information.
