Customer/Stakeholder Requirements

We developed our initial list of customer/stakeholder requirements in group discussion.  During this discussion we were able to take into account the information that Rita Schenck shared with the class on October 14, 2004.  In order to further expand our list, we did some research on the internet and put together a survey.  The survey was fairly simple and served as more of an aid to use when coming up with the importance rankings for the various customer requirements.  If the timeline for the project was longer than one week, we believe that surveys could return extremely useful data.  We would make the questions more of a free response type, instead of a multiple choice.  This would give the team even more feedback from the people who took the survey.  In addition, we would attempt to target current and potential electric vehicle owners.  They should be able to return more accurate data concerning electric cars than a person selected at random to take a survey.
