A native of Seattle, I graduated with a bachelors in math and anthropology from the UW in 2003. | Research Interests | I am primarily interested in the interface between Archaeology and Ecology, although that is not reflected in my current research. My current academic research takes me to marine mammals, marine ecology, mathematical modeling, and occasionally sharks, all of which are also fascinating. I am also interested in the communication of science and mathematics to the public. | |
