The Farthest, Biggest Classroom Visit

Mon, September 22nd, 2008

Sedro Woolley Middle School: On September 22nd Benji, Melissa, Hiro, Sean, Braulio, and Stephanie had the opportunity to visit 120+ 7th graders at Sedro Woolley Middle School in perhaps our farthest single school visit yet. Not only did we have human brains for students to see, but they got to experience prism goggles, alien audio, and optical illusions. Many of the students were enrolled in a special class about the brain, and showed off the posters they had made.

Update:
An article in a local paper described the visit as an eye-opener to possible career opportunities and higher education. Read the article
