What is Brain Awareness Week?
Brain Awareness Week (BAW) is a worldwide campaign initiated by the Society for Neuroscience and Dana Alliance for Brain Initiatives.
Its aim is to advance public awareness about the progress and benefits of neuroscience research.
Each year in March, Neuroscience Community Outreach hosts interactive exhibits for local elementary and junior high school students.
