Description
The Semantic Web in Biomedicine Seminar will be organized as a survey of semantic web technology, tools, and topics of interest to students.  The discussions will focus on semantic web tools and technology used for biomedical research and will be chosen by the students with the help of the instructor. Each session will be led by one of the attendees or invited experts to describe the background of the technology, summarize the features, and demonstrate software applications. The goal is to get exposure to the many tools available for semantic web applications within biomedical and health research. If you have questions or ideas for specific topics please e-mail me.
