Material Advantage University of Washington chapter strives to show students the side of materials they will not see in class. Industry tours are exciting and insightful looks at what a potential MSE might be working on.

We are committed to presenting exciting educational material to empower our community, in addition to increasing public awareness of Materials Science and Engineering.

Outreach sessions are presented to a variety of student (K - 12 and community college) and parent audiences using demonstration kits and various media. Please contact our outreach coordinator to organize an outreach event for your class or science fair.
