Biography
I am currently a post doctoral research associate in the Autonomous Flight Systems Laboratory at the University of Washington. My research is in the field of autonomous systems and algorithms.

Research Interests
My field of study is unmanned aerial vechicles (UAVs) and autonomous, controlled flight. I also have a special interest in system modeling and simulation. I am involved with fully simulated, hardware, and human-in-the-loop simulations.

Brief History

I received a Doctrate of Philosophy 2009 from the University of Washington from the Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Previously I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering and a Master of Science in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the same institution.

I have worked as a teaching assistant for several undergraduate and graduate controls and linear system courses. I have also been an instructor for a graduate course in aircraft modeling and simulation for two years.
