The
mission of INROADS is to develop and
place talented minority youth in business
and industry and prepare them for corporate and community leadership.
In
other words, INROADS will place talented minority youth into meaningful
multi-summer internships with a Fortune 500 company, while encouraging
them to develop their skills in the corporate arena. Such Fortune
500 companies involved with the Pacfic Northwest Region alone have
included Boeing, Accenture, SAFECO, Deloitte Consulting, Washington
Mutual, Qwest, and many others. You may view a list of companies

Although INROADS began with an emphasis with those students interested
in pursuing careers in the business world, they have also attained
and built a strong working relationships with engineering companies
and are branching into the medical fields as well. Therefore, INROADS
looks for those who are majoring in business, engineering, healthcare,
and technology. |
