AIMS Meet & Greet Goes Virtual!

Posted on: February 22nd, 2011
by Jordan Eschler

We are having an event tonight in MGH420 at 7:00pm. We will serve refreshments and introduce current (and even former!) AIMS officers so you can talk to us about what AIMS does and how to get involved. With elections coming up, we are sure the first year MSIM students need more information before nominations start.

However, we know some of you might not be able to make it! In that case, we AIMS officers have recorded short clips on YouTube to watch at your leisure. Please click here for our YouTube channel.

We invite you, as always, to e-mail us or comment on this post with any questions you have. We look forward to seeing you tonight, or virtually on YouTube!

The Association of Information Management Students (AIMS) is a student organization made up of graduate students actively pursuing a Masters of Science in Information Management at the University of Washington’s Information School.

The goals of AIMS are:

  • To provide official channels for communication between MSIM students, faculty, and administration of the Information School.
  • To promote the interests and serve as an advocate for MSIM students.
  • To provide opportunity for social, cultural, and professional activities.

Please feel free to leave any comments or questions, and to contact the AIMS officers about any ideas or concerns you may have – we welcome your feedback! We try to keep our posts, calendar, and replies up to date, but please be patient if there is any minor delay in responding.

We’re on FacebookTwitter, and LinkedIn.

You can join our open meetings in person or through Adobe Connect.
