Call to order: A general meeting of the Association of Information Management Students was held in MGH 310D, Seattle WA on 23 October, 2010.

The meeting convened at 12:37PM, President Jordan Eschler presiding, and Emily Oxenford recording notes.

AIMS Officer Attendance

Some concern about attendance (and related communication about) of AIMS officers to meetings and events.

Majority of officers present (5) have voted that for the next meeting, AIMS officer attendance is mandatory. (Please communicate if there is an absolutely unavoidable conflict).

    • Perhaps meet with other sister organizations to do a “best practices” debrief.
