Step 1.   Go to the IHSA website at www.ihsainc.com and under the site menu bar on the left hand side click on "Join the IHSA" in the same lfet hand bar now click on "individual rider application". Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the link for "new undergraduate riders" Fill out your information and submit the form.

Step 2. Print out this form and write a check for either $30 or $40 depending on your membership type to IHSA, Inc. and give this to the current team president at the next meeting which you can look up on the team webpage. If you cannot make it to the meeting e-mail the team president at IHSA@u.washington.edu to set up a time to meet with the president and hand in your membership application.

Step 3. Print out the individual member placement form below, fill it out, and return to the team president with the club dues of $45 (Checks made payable to IHSA at UW).

Step 4. Get the club sports waiver form to fill out from the team president

 Step 5. E-mail the team president to get on the e-mail list and get ready to ride and have some fun!

Step 1. Go to www.ihsainc.com in the top right hand corner click on "log in". Then click on "Rider/Alumni". Type in your username and password and edit your information (if you cannot remember either your user name or password e-mail your team president who has access to that information). Submit your form and then print it out and return to the team president with a check made out to IHSA, inc. for either $30 or $40 depending on your membership type.

Step 2. Come to a meeting or meet with the team president to pay club dues of $45 to IHSA at UW and to fill out the club sports waiver form.
