AGE THREE - The return of Kingdoms

For the third age, which our world's current timeline is based, started with the rebirth of the northern kingdom under the banner of the EMPIRE.
An evil human King decided to start the conquest again, but this time, he recruited the drows, felars, giants, minotaurs and the like to his side. His first conquest, was to eliminate the trollish and orcish hordes of the northwest whom had been raiding northern villages for hundreds of years. The war there was met with extreme resistance, more than the northern kingdom ever anticipated, to control the war, the North built a HUGE WALL between the northern mountains, known as the Great Barrier.
The war is still currently going on, where the north leads assassinations to kill off the trolls and orcs leaders while recruiting some of them to join. The north concluded that to fulfill their conquest, the north needs a larger army, their solution:
To invade the south in which to draft people. 'The World can only be united under a Supreme power.' That line is often used as a slogan of the Empire.
After the second age the southern continent didn't really have an army or protectors at all, so when the north decided to take the Isle, they pretty much walked right onto it.
It was then, that the south realized that they would need an army to fight if they didn't want to live under imperial rule of the Evil King and be forced to kill off other races for the insane conquest of power.
The Knights of the ALLIANCE made up of Dwarves, Humans, Arials and Elves formed. They clearly knew that they didn't have the upper hand, but after a long winding battle, they managed to force the north to retreat from the Isle, freeing the Isle, and making the name ALLIANCE a famous banner of REBELLION against the EMPIRE. The house of the GREY watches carefully, as they suspect what happened in the second age.. may just be about to repeat itself.
