About Outreach

GreenLaw's Outreach Program connects our members with local Environmental Law practitioners--providing avenues to explore a wide range of careers in Environmental Law as well as facilitating networking and mentoring opportunities. We also keep an up-to-date database that tracks where our members are working in order to assist students in networking with each other.

During 2004-2005 we hosted three career panels: a government sector panel, a private sector panel and a non-profit panel. We also co-sponsored an event with the Environmental Law and Land Use Section of the WSBA and co-sponsored a reception at the Endangered Species Act Seminar. Through the generous sponsorship of the Law School Foundation we were able to facilitate the attendance of our members at the Public Interest Environmental Law Conference and the National Association of Environmental Law Societies Conference.
