Mercer Island is the Adams C.O. district. The Island was originally served as part of the Parkway district via multiple submarine crossings.

Building for #5XB was constructed at 3853 – 84th Avenue S.E.
1958
#5XB was installed establishing the Adams C.O. district – 2L-5N dialing inaugurated at cut-over.

DDD/CAMA established
