Engineers Without Borders (EWB) is an international non-profit organization dedicated to partnering with disadvantaged communities worldwide in order to improve their quality of life through the implementation of environmentally sustainable, equitable and economical engineering projects while developing responsible engineers and engineering students. The central belief of the organization is "to build a better world, one community at a time."

The University of Washington Chapter of Engineers Without Borders is a registered student organization (RSO) of the University of Washington. We are a student-run organization with members from many engineering and as well as non-engineering backgrounds.
