Committees

EWB-UWS has various committees to organize its operations. If you would like to get involved with a committee (or two!), please e-mail the contact person and come to a committee meeting (meeting times are posted on the Google Calendar).

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee (EC) involves all of the elected officers, who help define and organize what EWB-UWS does. EC meetings are open to anyone who is interested and focus on the day-to-day business of the organization.

Membership Committee

Contact: ewbuws.membership@gmail.com

The Membership Committee works to recruit and retain new members, improve member experience, and organize social events.

Publicity Committee

Contact: ewbuws.publicity@gmail.com

The Publicity Committee works to promote the visibility of EWB-UWS on campus by tabling at local events, creating and distributing flyers, and creating exhibits for special events.

Fundraising Committee

Contact: ewbuws.fundraising@gmail.com

The Fundraising Committee fuels EWB-UWS's efforts by bringing in thousands of dollars each year to fund the chapter's projects. There are subcommittees for grant writing, corporate sponsorship, and special events like Building Across Borders.
