Socials are held every friday from 3:30pm to 4:30pm in the 2nd floor EE Atrium. The (absolute) GSA budget
limit is $150, so we will not be able to reimburse any amount beyond this limit. The following are
required to host a social:
- at least 8 2-liter bottles of pop
- at least 2 big bottles of juice
- paper products (cups, plates, etc.), but not red plastic cups, since we use those exclusively
for beer. Please ask ahead of time if you need to purchase these, because we often have some left over
from previous socials.
- the budget only allows about $1 per person, so please shop wisely
- you must leave the atrium as clean as it was when you arrived (or even cleaner)
in order to get reimbursed for your purchases, please do the following:
- keep receipts for everything you buy
- fill out and sign a petty cash form (main EE office)
- have Frankye sign the form
- tape receipts onto 8.5 by 11 paper
- paper clip petty cash form to receipt paper
- drop off in petty cash box in office
