During the 2008-2009 academic year I will be teaching Ling 400, Survey of Linguistic Methods and Theory.

Ling 400 is an advanced introduction to the core concepts of linguistic theory (phonetics, phonology, morphology, syntax, and semantics). We will additionally discuss related phenomena, such as psycho- and neurolinguistics and language acquisition. This class is intended for advanced undergraduates and graduate students in related disciplines.

In previous quarters I have taught Ling 449, Second Language Learning, and Ling 461, Syntax I. I have also TAed for Ling 200, Introduction to Linguistics, and Ling 100, Fundamentals of Grammar.
