Text Box: Laboratory of Applications and Computations
in Electromagnetics and Optics (LACEO)
The Laboratory studies electromagnetic and optical fields and waves and their applications in remote sensing, high frequency circuits and antennas, and coherent optical transients for signal processing. Emphasis is on computational and analytical techniques for the simulations of fields and waves. We also study parameter retrieval techniques in remote sensing for earth science applications.
Text Box: I am currently pursuing my Ph.D degree at Electrical Engineering department, University of Washington. I am now a research assistant working with Prof. Leung Tsang in Laboratory of Applications and Computations in Electromagnetics and Optics (LACEO). My current research focuses on the rough surface effect on the signal integrity for transmission lines on the printed circuit board. My research interests includes theoretical and numerical studies of electromagnetic wave propagation in complex environment, especially for signal integrity problems.
