CSSA UW BBQ, Aug 23, 2008 published: 8/12/2008 Dear friends:
We hope everything is going well in this nice summer. It has been three months since our last activity in May, CSSA decided to hold a BBQ event at the Golden Garden Park as an opportunity for everyone to get together again. All we need is you and let us enjoy the beautiful summer and cook out!
** SAFETY ISSUES: Because the shelter is next to the water, we expect parents to watch their kids carefully. We are only responsible for providing food and drinks.When? 11am, Saturday, August 23rd, 2008
Where? Golden Garden Park, Seattle (8498 Seaview PL NW Seattle, WA 98117)BY BUS
Route 44 or 48 goes directly from U-District to the park

I-5 Northbound or Southbound:
Take exit to 85th St and head west.
Follow 85th West to 32nd Ave. NW
Take a left onto 32nd Ave. NW
Travel south until NW 54th St
Take a right onto NW 54th St
Follow NW 54th St which turns into Seaview Ave NW to the entrance of the park.Please Note: If you are using online mapping software, it may give you incorrect directions via NW 85th Street and Golden Gardens Drive. Due to a rain washout, Golden Gardens drive is closed indefinitely and there is no access to the park from NW 85th Street.
Tickets: online payment is $8/ per person (Deadline: Around Midnight, Thursday, August 21st)
