This year we are going to Whistler, BC in Canada for our ski trip! We are not going to watch the Olympics because we are there 2 weeks before the games begin, but Whistler will be buzzing with excitement and there will be plenty to do. Everyone is welcome so invite all your friends!
Prices are as follows:
- Early bird special: $359
- Regular price: $384
- with optional 2 day rental package (ski/board): + $80
- with optional 2 day rental and 1 day lesson: + $110
- without 2 day lift tickets: - $50
The price includes transportation to and from Whistler, 2 nights at a hotel in Whistler Village and 2 full day lift tickets (Sunday and Monday). Hotels rooms are organized into 4 people per room. Room assignments are based mainly on requests. Guys and girls can share a room be pay heed that there are only 2 beds for 4 people. This is an incredible deal for this trip and especially during this time.
We will be departing from UW via a bus and will arrive at Whistler around 6:00 pm. The bus back will start boarding at 3:30 pm on Monday. Everything you do between those times is entirely up to you and your friends! You can hit the slopes on skis or boards, you can go shopping, you can go ice skating, you can dine at world-class restaurants, you can visit the bars, you can go on sleigh rides, you can.. well I'm sure you can think of more things yourself!
Visit our table at the Hub Lawn from now until the deadlines. We will be there from 10:30 am - 2:30 pm at least 3 times a week.
Remember the deadline for Early Bird is October 30, so be sure to deposit $100 by then to get the special. The ultimate deadline for full payment and room sign-ups is November 27, 2009.

- CSA will be at a table in the HUB Lawn area October 26 - 30 from 10:30 am - 2:30 pm.
