Hey guys!

Thanks to those who showed up on Monday. I'd also like to apologize if you came and I missed you. I'll try to be better organized in the future.

Today is the day for training session number 2! We'll be meeting at the hangboards out front of the gym at 7pm. I'm planning to do a pretty extensive rope workout, so hopefully you all are belay certified and ready for some draining rope action. My plan is to do a day of mainly endurance training so you can get out there and send that long proj that you've been pumping out on. We'll go over a few key techniques while climbing to help you recover mid-route and stay on the wall for extended periods of time. Lastly, we'll finish up with a sweet hangboard workout followed by some core and antagonizing muscles. Hope to see you there!
