Gear must be returned within one week in dry, clean condition. Lost or damaged gear is the responsibility of the person who checked it out. For new gear, you will generally be responsible for the full replacement cost. For older equipment, you will generally be responsible for partial replacement cost.
Note that to you have to be eligible for using the IMA to get to the gear room. Eligibility for using the IMA is explained on the IMA website. You also must have a waiver card on file in the gear room to check out gear. You cannot check out gear at the IMA at times other than the specified hours. Penalties / suspensions of check-out privileges may be imposed for gear returned late or returned wet and dirty.
