I sadly missed Colin's recent slide show in town, and know I'm not the only one. I was wondering if he might be amenable to giving the same talk to the climbing club. Does anyone have his contact info to see if he'd be up for presenting at one of our Wed meetings?

FYI, Colin e-mailed to say he's in Patagonia for the winter but he'd be happy to give a talk to the club sometime when he's around. I'll try to follow-up in the spring.

I believe Colin is in Europe right now. Prepping for Alaska in May....

Also has been involved in some serious ski accidents, you can read about it here, in his words:

I e-mailed Colin to see if he would be willing to give a slide show to the club. From his reply, it sounds like he will be on trips (Charmonix, Alaska, etc.) for most of the coming year but will be around possibly in early fall quarter (last week Sept) or early March 2011. Also, since he is now receiving many more requests for slide shows than he has time to give, he is now requiring a fee (he didn't say how much). I'll be in Colorado once June rolls around, so if someone wants to start negotiations with Colin for a show next year, let me know and I'll pass along his contact info.
