Game Night Usually draws a unique group of individuals driven from their studies in order to find relief from term papers and other assignments they have neglected. Check the calendar for dates and times as they are sporadic, but usually once a month. Retreats Join us for weekend retreats during the year, usually one in the spring and one in the fall. These retreats provide opportunities for meditation, discussion, fellowship, and fun times. The natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest provides perfect settings for these special trips. Check the calendar for information on upcoming retreats. |

Serving the Community “How can I be useful, of what service can I be? There is something inside me, what can it be?” --Vincent Van Gogh We encourage students to be involved in the community and we are excited to partner in ministry with ROOTS. Rising Out of the Shadows (ROOTS) is a University District organization based in compassion and committed to social justice that fosters change and empowers human potential by providing critical services to street-involved, homeless, and other low-income persons and supports service providers and faith communities in creating a comprehensive network of services. Volunteers are needed every night to assist in preparing meals and monitoring the building. If you are interested please contact Andrew, potskovich@hotmail.com, for more information. |
