High School Scholarships (for your brothers and sisters!!)

  1. Ron Brown Scholar Program (major Scholarships - The Ron Brown Scholar Program is a national program that awards scholarships to academically talented, highly motivated African-American high school seniors who intend to pursue undergraduate degrees full-time.

  2. Coca Cola Scholarships - Each year 250 new Coca-Cola Scholars are designated and invited to Atlanta for personal interviews. The Scholars are interviewed by a National Selection Committee representing leaders in business, government, education and the arts. Fifty students are then designated as National Scholars and receive awards of $20,000 for college.

  10. Siemens Westinghouse Competition - The Siemens Foundation provides more than $1 million in college scholarships and awards each year for talented high school students in the United States. Its signature programs, the Siemens Westinghouse Competition in Math, Science & Technology and the Siemens Awards for Advanced Placement, reward exceptional achievement in science, math and technology.

  11. Olympics of the Mind" Scholarships - Since 1978, the NAACP ACT-SO Program, often referred to as the “Olympics of the Mind,” has identified, enhanced, rewarded and showcased academic and artistic excellence among minority high school students nationwide.

  1. THE HARRY S. TRUMAN SCHOLARSHIP SITE - The Truman Scholarship is a $30,000 merit-based grant awarded to undergraduate students, who wish financial support to attend graduate or professional school in preparation for careers in government, the non-profit sector or elsewhere in public service.

  7. UNITED NEGRO COLLEGE FUND MERCK SCIENCE INITIATIVE - This program is designed to increase the number of African Americans in the pipeline of biomedical science education and research.

  8. AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF HISPANIC CPA's Scholarships - HSF offers different scholarship programs for students of various educational backgrounds. All applicants must be U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents of Hispanic heritage.

AMERICAN GEOLOGICAL INSTITUTE Minority Geoscience Scholarships - Financial support is for FULL TIME students only, with demonstrable financial need, and enrolled in an accredited institution as an undergraduate student majoring (i.e., degree candidate) in geoscience, including the geoscience sub disciplines of geology, geophysics, geochemistry, hydrology, meteorology, physical oceanography, planetary geology, or earth-science education. This program does not support students in other natural sciences, mathematics, or engineering.

AMERICAN SOCIETY FOR MICROBIOLOGY Undergraduate Fellowships - The American Society for Microbiology Minority Undergraduate Research Fellowship program (MURF) is aimed at highly competitive minority undergraduate students who wish to, and have demonstrated the ability to pursue graduate careers (Ph.D. or MD/Ph.D.) in microbiology.

  12. BRISTOL-MYERS SQUIBB Minority Fellowships in Academic Medicine - : Each year, up to 35 students are selected as Academic Medicine Fellows and awarded grants of $6,000 each. The stipend enables each student to spend 8 to 12 weeks on a research project of interest under the guidance of an experienced biomedical researcher.

Scholarships for Study in Paralegal Studies - The National Federation of Paralegal Associations, Inc., in conjunction with West Group, is pleased to award two scholarships totaling $5,000.  Applicants must be a part-time or full-time enrolled students or accepted students in a paralegal education program or college level program with emphasis in paralegal studies. They must demonstrate they have maintained a "B" average.

HBCU Packard Sit Abroad Scholarships (for study around the world)- About one-third of those who seek scholarships from SIT Study Abroad receive financial assistance to participate in our programs. Awards generally range from $500 to $4,000. Awards are made on consideration of both merit and need. In addition, we use our scholarship funds to ensure that a diverse group of students, from all regions in the U.S. and from a variety of colleges and universities can participate.
