QGrads, Faculty, & Staff (formerly BOHGOF) is a Registered Student Organization (RSO) for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgendered, questioning, and allied graduate and professional students, faculty, and staff at the University of Washington. QGrads’s main goal is to encourage and support connections, collaborations, and community for LGBTQA graduate students, faculty, staff, as well as alumni, post-baccalaureates and post-doctorates. QGrads maintains a campus-wide listserv, serves as a liaison between campus groups including UW’s GLBT commission and the Graduate & Professional Student Senate (GPSS), and holds networking and social events during the school year.
