The ladder tournament is open to players of all skill levels and participation is FREE! The purpose of the ladder is to meet players of a similar skill level, to have competitive games, and most of all, to have FUN! Currently, the ladder is open to the members of the Husky Badminton Club only.
The ladder is comprised of several 'boxes' arranged in order of competence level. Each box has some players. In a month, the players of every box play each other. At the end of the month, the topmost player of a box will be promoted to the next higher box. The lowermost player will be allotted to the lower box. The doubles ladder is exactly the same with each unit being a team rather than a player.
