Mission Statement
Cumulative efforts and ideas of countless graduate and undergraduate students are embodied in three underlying goals of the Biomedical Engineering Society at the University of Washington (BMES):
- to create dynamic programs that help students
interested in bioengineering in taking their “next steps” in life, both
professionally and personally
- to serve as a central hub by uniting graduate
and undergraduate students interested in bioengineering with other students,
faculty members, and local and national community members and professionals,
and
- to train students in leadership by creating programs led by *students*
Join BMES! Membership forms and checks (payable to BMES) can be given to Mirna Farika in person or sent to Box 355061. Download membership form.
