Thanks to everyone who participated in and attended iEdge2007. The conference was a great suceess with over 120 attendees!! Audio and slides (where available) will be posted soon. Please check back!

iEdge 2007 will be a half-day conference focused on translating research into practice. We have identified three tracks of interest to students: Information is Social, Information is Practical and Information is People. Featured speakers will include faculty, alumni, students and professionals from the area. iEdge 2007 has been generously funded by a grant from the Learning for Leadership Council.

Overview of the three tracks planned:

iEdge 2007 is open to anyone affiliated with the UW, including faculty, staff, students and alumni. The conference is free but registration is required.

 

Keynote Speaker: Stu Weibel

Stuart Weibel is a Senior Research Scientist at OCLC (and recently a visiting scholar on sabbatical at the University of Washington's iSchool). His keynote will explore aspects of this year's iEdge symposium:
