R functions

I have submitted three packages to the R Project,

• gmt - Interface between GMT map-making software and R
• scape - Statistical catch-at-age plotting environment (comes with a vignette)
• scapeMCMC - MCMC diagnostic plots (same vignette)

and several functions to other packages:

• coda - cumuplot
• gdata - Args, env, is.what, keep, ll
• gplots - rich.colors
• graphics - bxp (coauthor)
