- Discussion of choice #3 for leadership structure- Decided to merge Publicity and Web Designer duties.
John LaMont designated second counter of votes to ensure election. Noella counted 8 votes for #3. - Nominations for new positions:

To Do: Noella will email all those nominated for positions for acceptance of nomination and for biographical statements to include on webpage. She will also email notice of nominations to iSchool community at large. - Scheduling of events

WLMA conference — presentation on archival materials in the classroom
Marjorie will send email to interested party: Noella, Toby, Linda. She will also send more information to listserv for those not attending.
Main idea: Create activity book for middle or high school students re: archival materials in the classroom. Present at WLMA conference in Bellevue in October. - Next meeting: May 20th, 5pm.
