ALISS Elections:
- Approval
of letter with minor formatting changes
- Updated
position descriptions
- Going
to be placed on ALISS Bulletin Board in iSalon.
- Officers
will visits all 530 Classes this week.
- Anonymous
voting will be done on catalyst.
- DMLIS
students have requested that their liaison be an elected position.
DMLIS Pub Night
- Try to
put in a formal channel for program (non-class specific) feedback.
- DMLIS
has a yahoo listserv, inquire about getting ALISS on it.
- DMLIS
listserv is for outgoing, official announcements
- Request
to get the DMLIS people on the photoboard.
- Arrange
for one chat based open ALISS meeting a term.
- Host a
DMLIS student when they are up in town?
- Election
of liaison person.
Winter Quarter Events
- Request
for Bowling.
- Around
5th week at Hub
- Amanda
will get lanes, Susan Food.
- Academic
- Will
see if anybody is coming to the iSchool.
Next Open Meeting
- Wednesday

Joe Janes would like ALISS to
facilitate in having students write a question for next year’s MLIS
Application.
Budget
- Have
not heard back yet from administration about next year’s budget.
- We are
financial okay.
