UW Hub Dining Area

Attendees: Aaron Louie, Sandra Macke, Susan St. John

Budget:

• Susan has first draft of 2002-2003 budget and wanted input on possible changes
• Added booksale expenditures
• Added allocation to enable one big event a quarter
• Change Booksale profit estimate and Spring Fling Cost estimate
• Susan will take input and redraft

Silverfish

• Question on how much input needed from officers
• Very least e-mail Michael H. with an okay
• If you feel discussion is needed then cc: all officers
• Michael H. would like the officers to each take a both to write for Silverfish to enable, section editors to get a month off.
• Aaron will find out which month for each section so officers can plan

Website:

• Kate G. Susan first draft of content management design
• Aaron has it.
• General approval of overall plan

Next Open Meeting:

• Agreed to table date decision until discussion with Amanda.
