Booksale: Trent received
permission for dropboxes in Allen & Odegaard Libraries. We have 10 boxes
of books and one injured Secretary. SAO has butcher paper available to cover
collection boxes. Next booksale meeting is
Monday, January 14th 1:30PM, MGH 330W.
NY Times: Subscription has been renewed for Spring quarter. Kathleen Crosman has agreed to continue picking it up at ByGeorge. We should remember to recognize our volunteers at Spring Fling.
Social Event: Regina suggested a bowling party. We decided to look into a Games Night/Bowling Party at the HUB that includes all programs and faculty. Ranger is going to look into it with Jill following up. Tentatively planned for a Winter quarter event--no date set.
Directed fieldwork panel discussion: Jill is working with Lynnea. Possibly an hour-long event during the last week of February.
WLA legislative day: Wednesday, January 30th. No actions planned but it would be nice to have a group go.
Constitution: Jill is giving to Joanna to post on ALISS website.
Elections: 2nd week of Winter quarter: nominations, 3rd week: Candidate Statements, 4th week: Voting, 5th week: Announce winners. Trent, please send email Monday, January 14, 2002.
