House Tour
We are very proud of our beautiful home. The Iota Chapter house is a modern three-story house with ideal accommodations for young college women, including two television rooms, a grand piano, and a library study room. Located on 21st Avenue, we are very close to campus, the University Village shopping center, the University of Washington Intramural Activities center, and many other places.
As a result of our generous alumnae and House Association, we have received many recent remodels. Our entry way, upper television room, living rooms, library, bathrooms, sleeping porches and landscaping have all been renovated over the past four years.
Our almost brand new, three story Alpha Gamma Delta annex was completed in 2011. It is light and bright inside with an open floor plan on the main level including the living and dining area with hardwood floors, a 1/2 bath for guests, a fabulous kitchen with granite counters, plus 2 refrigerators for your personal late night snacks. One of our favorite amenities is the two sets of washers and dryers that don't require any quarters. Each floor has 3 large bedrooms and 1 full bath and the upper level has awesome views of the Cascade Mountains and U Village. We are so grateful to our House Association for insuring that we live and study comfortably and in style!
