Alpha Gamma Delta, Iota chapter was established at the University of Washington in 1909. The Iota chapter of Alpha Gamma Delta, or "Alpha Gam" as it is known locally, is one of the oldest and strongest chapters within the fraternity. The chapter consistently achieves "five stars" from International Headquarters for their scholastic accomplishments, philanthropic involvement, and dedication to the international fraternity. Iota’s rich tradition has helped establish itself as one of the premier chapters within Alpha Gamma Delta and on the University of Washington campus.

As Our Purpose describes, Alpha Gamma Delta prides itself on its commitment to sisterhood, philanthropic endeavors, scholastic achievement and ensuring the future of our Fraternity.

Our Mission:
