The house staff consists of our chef, house cleaners, and four housemen that help in the kitchen. We also have a housemother, Miss Carolyn, who lives with us and takes care of any miscellaneous needs or repairs.
There are laundry facilities, a locked computer room, TV room, library, formal dining room, formal living room, study porch, three sleeping porches, kitchen, breakfast room, kitchenette, and a security system. Enjoy your digital house tour!

As you enter Alpha Delta Pi, you will first come into the foyer. Straight ahead and to the right, is the Formal Living Room; to the left is the Formal Dining room.

All dinners are served in the Formal Dining room. Generally meals are served as a casual buffet-style dinner, but on Monday nights, our house staff serves us a formal dinner. This room has an excellent view of the courtyard (in the background of the photo) and 47th street.

The Formal Living Room is a great place to entertain guests or just hang out. There are two fireplaces and a piano along with four large sofa couches, and several comfortable chairs and benches. This room gets tons of natural light from both the courtyard and from the front patio.

The Library is an excellent place to study or hold group meetings. This room houses our composite (pictures of all current members of the house) and many of our national awards. It has been dedicated to an alumna of our own chapter, Miss Maxine Blake (see our Famous ADPis Page). She served as the Grand Council President of Alpha Delta Pi for nearly thirty years, retiring in 1977, which is the longest term ever held.

The Television Room is one of the coziest rooms in our house. In the back of the room, there are theatre-style seats, while closer up there are couches and lounge chairs (not pictured). At the front of the room is a brand new flat screen TV. Around the room are vintage movie posters to add to the ambiance.

There are two guest bathrooms downstairs, and four large bathrooms upstairs. Since there are no men allowed on the second and third floors of our house, members enjoy the sense of privacy. There are two showers and one bathtub in each upstairs bathroom, which is more than enough to accommodate everyone. All supplies and towels can be stored to keep individual rooms from being cluttered and to give our house a more "at home" feeling.

The Guest Room is located on the second floor (where half of the rooms are located). Any female guest is welcome to stay in the house rather than finding a hotel. There is a dresser, closet, phone, and internet connection in this room.

Our house has three Sleeping Porches, where most of the underclassmen choose to have their beds. The sleeping porches are quiet and dark twenty-four hours a day. They are a great place to take naps and not be disturbed by your roommates.

This is an example of one of the rooms in our house. Six women live in this room, typically freshmen and each has a dresser and closet space. Members may choose to have desks and extra furniture as well. This particular room also has a balcony (out the door in the left corner of the picture) and one large floor-to-ceiling window.

This is another example of the rooms in our house. Three women live in this room, typically sophomores; all have a dresser and desk with plenty of space to spare in their room. There are two closets in the room (can accommodate two girls per closet) and there are two floor-to-ceiling windows.

Here is an example of a room where our members have decided to keep their beds in their room. This is a room for two, typically Juniors, where the members both have beds and dressers (that are provided by Alpha Delta Pi) as well as desks and a couch. The room has one wall-to-wall window as well as one very large closet.
